I'll be running today!!!! I'm faking excitement with the hope that it will actually make me excited. Ok, it didn't work.
In an hour or two, I'll head out on the big big run. I really should start working on my speed, but this isn't the week to start that.
I'm hoping the weather holds for the Mother Teresa 5k this Saturday. I thought she was dead, but apparently she's organizing a 5k. With the Pope being in the US, it seems appropriate to run a 5k sponsored by a Catholic elementary school.
If the weather is too bad on Saturday, I won't run that 5k but look for something on Sunday.
