11 Exercises can't be wrong...

I'll update this / revise it later, but
  • bench
    • no weight, 15 reps
    • 20 lbs on bar, 2 sets of 15
  • incline bench
    • no weight, 1 set of 15, 1 set of 12
  • decline bench
    • no weight, 2 sets of 15
  • pulldown
    • 40 lbs, 2 sets of 15
  • overhead press
    • 10 lb db, 1 set of 15
    • 15 lb db, 1 set of 15
  • side lat raises
    • 5 lb, 1 set of 15
    • 10 lb, 1 set of 10?
  • cable row
    • 40 lbs, 1 set of 15
    • 70 lbs, 1 set of 15
  • seated tricep machine
    • 50 lbs, 1 set of 15
    • 100 lbs, 1 set of 15
  • curls
    • 15 lbs, 2 sets of 15
  • tricep bar over the head thing
    • 20 lb, 2 sets of 15
  • tricep pulldown
    • 30 lbs, 2 sets of 15
  • 10 minutes on elliptical
  • 5 minutes on treadmill
I haven't done any weight stuff in a good amount of time, so I felt very weak. It's strange how being "off" from lifting can make you feel like a wimp when you get back to it. I know it's good to take a rest, and given my shoulder issue in the past, I really did want to rest my upperbody. So today I only did 2 sets of each exercise. That felt pretty good.
