Um, I can't believe I'm admitting this, but I've been digging Miley Cyrus' song - and I just learned that she sings it. Eek.

  • side lat raises / front lat raises
    • 10 lbs, 15 reps

  • gorilla lifts
    • 40 lbs, 3 sets of 15 reps
  • curls
    • 40 lb bar, 15 reps
    • 15 lb bb, 2 sets of 15 reps
    • 20 lb bb, 8 reps
  • behind head tricep stuff
    • 15 lbs, 15 reps
    • 20 lbs, 2 sets of 15 reps
  • 10 minutes on elliptical
