Urban Active leg stuff
Went to Urban Active and did 1500 meters of rowing in 6:21, then 5 minutes on elliptical before:
squats
hack squat
leg press
seated calf raises
plie squats (60, 10 reps; 70, 10 reps; 80, 10 reps)
Romanian deadlifts
I should put the numbers down, but alas...
